I find it easier to rate a person way above my age. But people of my age…. I am puzzled. Maybe this is because I barely have colleagues of my age around me. AND, The youngsters always get the Junior bonus. The older ones don’t. Well but deciding the futuer of another person?! Huuu, this must be hard. So I have to train that side too. Definetly!
